Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 18-30, including ex-offenders and people with drug and alcohol problems. Those with a local connection prioritised.
Who we cannot help
People on Sex Offenders' Register and/or those assessed by probation as a high risk of serious harm to others.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Can accept referrals direct from prison.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed by prospective resident and referral agency. Interview. Require proof of ID and information on convictions. Require placement funding for applicants from outside Devon.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
26 full time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (8 residents per keyworker), daily meetings. Provide support around independent living skills and tenancy issues. Range of personal fitness and outdoor activities aimed at building self-confidence, teamworking and communication skills.

£35-£46pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in designated outside area only. Must attend residents' meetings. Licence agreement.
Until 10pm. No overnight guests.
