Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Referrals are from recognised agencies and are for people with or without recourse. We accept couples and can consider one pet only sometimes in Enfield only on a case by case basis. People need to be mainly low needs, but low – medium is acceptable.
Who we cannot help
We do not accept paedophiles, repeated history of violence and sex offences, current unmanaged addictions (methodone or treatment plan is fine) or higher level mental health needs. We cannot take arsonists.

How to get a referral

Enfield and Haringey Councils, locally based organisations such as Migrant Centres, CAB, outreach teams but by completed referral form only. Completed referrals and enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org

Health & wellbeing services are brought in and refer to all local agencies.

There is no charge.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
The main rule is to be respectful to all with honesty. Guests must want to break the cycle of homelessness, complete a Pathway Plan and work with multi-agencies as required. No alcohol or drugs allowed onsite. Anyone found dealing near or in premises will be asked to leave straight away and banned.
