Single homeless people. local connection is required.
Who we cannot help
Street homeless people with no fixed address. May not accept those currently using illegal substances, or those with alcohol dependency or a history of arson.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form and interview with 2 members of staff.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Keyworker system with weekly-fortnightly meetings. Staff provide assistance with benefits, life skills training and referrals to other agencies.

£13.83pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own flat only. Tenancy agreement.
Can stay overnight, maximum 3 nights per week for each guest.
Located in town centre. Train station - 2 minutes walk.
