Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-25 with low support needs who are homeless or in housing need. Also accept young pregnant women and single parents with children. Must have a local connection to Hertsmere Borough Council area.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Hertsmere Borough Council Homeless Persons Unit.
Phone Mon-Thurs 9am-5.15pm, Fri 9am-5pm for appointment to fill in application form. Interview. Need proof of income,ID, eg passport, driving licence, birth certificate.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 staff visit residents daily-weekly, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (6 residents per keyworker), meetings at least monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least monthly. Staff provide support around tenancy management, budgeting, benefits, cooking, health and safety, and access to education, training and employment.

£5.51pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Smoking only allowed in own rooms/balcony in shared units, and anywhere in flats. Licence agreement or assured shorthold tenancy.
Until 11pm. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Borehamwood train station - 3 minutes walk.
