Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Young single parents. Must have a local connection to Broxbourne.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders and people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency. All referrals must go through Broxbourne Housing Needs section.
Phone Mon-Fri 7am-11pm. Unless going to private rent or be housed by referrer, all applications need to be completed by Housing Needs and prospective resident prior to interview. Require proof of ID.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
2 full time and 8 part time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (average 4 residents per keyworker), with weekly-monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support around life skills, budgeting, drug and health awareness, and help with accessing education, training and employment.

£13.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, with ensuite facilities.
- Disabled facilities: 2 rooms accessible for wheelchair users but no adapted bathroom facilities.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Residents expected to attend support plan meetings. Licence agreement.
Between 8.30am-10.45pm. Overnight guests on rota basis.
Waltham Cross train station - 5 minutes walk.
