Who do we help?
Young single homeless people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender with support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm for application form. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
3 staff available Mon-Fri. one to one meetings held weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide support with living skills, education and employment, emotional issues. Referrals to specialist services. Mentoring service available. Fortnightly STAR group covering a range of issues and activities.

£7pw required from residents for water charge. Residents responsible for paying own utility bills.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must live in flat as sole place of residence. Must participate in programme of support. Smoking and alcohol allowed in own flats. Licence agreement.
Can stay overnight up to 2 nights a week. Residents responsible for guests.
Metro - Jesmond stop 2 minutes walk.
