Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including ex-offenders, people with drug/alcohol needs or mental health needs who are accessing or willing to access appropriate support services. Must have a local connection to Wiltshire. Can accept people with dogs.
Who we cannot help
People who pose a serious risk to others.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals have to come via Wiltshire Council.
Referral procedure
After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. combined needs and risk assessment. Offer of room will be given within 12 -24 hours. If no room available then the applicant will be put on waiting list.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support offered
10 full time and 7 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system, twice weekly keywork meetings. Needs assessment and individual support plans. Staff offer housing related support. Signposting to other agencies for specialist support. Operates as a Places of Change hostel, offering a range of enabling and inspiring opportunities.

No alcohol allowed on the premises. No smoking in communal areas. Licence agreement.

Between 9.30am-10pm. No overnight guests.
