How to get a referral
All referrals from Wiltshire Council.
Interview (held Mon-Fri 9am-8pm)and risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time staff, relief staff and 2 volunteers, available 24 hours daily. Compulsory keywork system with meetings at least twice weekly. Outcomes Star plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide advice and support with living skills, motivation and self-confidence.

£12.53pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed on premises. Smoking outside in covered area with chairs. Licence agreement.
Between 9.30am-7.30pm. Male visitors at residents' discretion. No overnight guests.
Salisbury train station - 20 minutes walk. Bus station - 10 minutes walk.
