Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Can accept one couple. Local connection to Wiltshire required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via Wiltshire council.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for application form. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff provide on site support at The Orchards Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and visiting support at Eden House, available during days, evenings and weekends, emergency on-call system. Keyworker system with twice weekly meetings. Provide support around budgeting, benefits, forms, cooking, life skills and personal issues. Pre-tenancy training package in place.

£12.65pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend keywork meetings. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in garden. Licence agreement.
2 visitors per resident, until 10pm. No overnight guests.
