Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Must have a local connection to Wiltshire.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referrals come via Wiltshire Housing Options.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for support. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff and volunteers provide daily visiting support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. emergency on call system. Keywork system with twice weekly meetings. Staff provide support around budgeting, benefits, forms, cooking, life skills and personal issues. Pre-tenancy training package in place.

House rules and tenure
Must attend keywork and residents' meetings. No smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-10pm. No overnight guests.
