Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including ex-offenders, people with drug/alcohol problems or mental health problems who are accessing appropriate health services. Must have a connection to Wiltshire.
Who we cannot help
People who pose a serious risk to others.

- Maximum age accepted: 65
How to get a referral
Most referrals are from Wiltshire Council, will accept referrals from prison and probation.
After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. combined needs and risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 3 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system, twice weekly keywork meetings. Needs assessment and individual support plans. Staff offer housing related support. Signposting to other agencies for specialist support. Operates as a Places of Change hostel, offering a range of enabling and inspiring opportunities.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. No smoking in communal areas. Licence agreement.
Between 9.30am-10pm. No overnight guests.
Salisbury train station - 20 minutes walk.
