Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including ex-offenders, people with drug/alcohol problems, learning difficulties and mental health problems who are accessing appropriate health services. Have a local connection to North Somerset.
Who we cannot help
Recent history of arson. Otherwise no automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referrals come from Home choice, North Somerset.
After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. Combined needs and risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: ? 1 Month
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
1 full time service manager and 3 part time housing support workers., Needs assessment and Outcome Star and risk assessments every three months. Support sessions twice weekly depending on their needs. We work together with other agencies to support our service users to live independent lives.
