Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including ex-offenders, people with drug/alcohol problems or mental health problems who are accessing appropriate health services. Must have a local connection to Wiltshire. Can accept people with dogs. Specialist short stay services for rough sleepers.
Who we cannot help
People who pose a serious risk to others and unmanageable risk to self. Arsonists will be discussed with regard to risk.

After referral is received, interview with a staff member. combined needs and risk assessment.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
1 manager, 5 full time staff and security staff covering 24 hour waking cover. Key worker system, twice weekly keywork meetings. Needs assessment and individual support plans and Outcome Star. Staff offer housing related support. Signposting to other agencies for specialist support. Operates as a Places of Change hostel, offering a range of enabling and inspiring opportunities.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. No smoking in communal areas. Licence agreement.

Between 10.30am-10pm. No overnight guests.

There is a bus and train station located within walking distance to the scheme.
Volunteering
We have a dedicated volunteer coordinator. We encourage volunteers to join our team to provide various services including art, cookery and garden workshops. Contact volunteering@alabare.co.uk for further information.

We welcome donations of household items such as pans, crockery and cutlery. We also appreciate food monetary donations. Contact fundraisingteam@alabare.co.uk
