Who do we help?
Young homeless people from aged 16-21 from all of Hampshire, as prioritised under the tender by the Placement Team. If under the age of 16 the minimum stay is 2 years.

How to get a referral
All referrals are from Test Valley Council or Children's Services Department.
Supported Housing Panel application completed by referral agency prior to interview and sent through to Test Valley Borough Council. Forms available from Test Valley District Council.

- Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
low support, Staff cover 24/7, currently 13 beds, 1 Manager 1 team leader 5 x 37.5 hours, plus relief. Support with Move on, rent and housing issues.

- Disabled facilities: 1 room in Sarum House accessible to people using wheelchairs. Grab rail and alarm installed.
