Accept referrals via Leicester City Council single access point and Action Homeless duty desk.

Support and accommodation
Some of the accommodation has 24 hour staff support, some is supported daily 9am-5pm. Dedicated support and engagement officers. workshops and group training on housing sustainment, ready for work and holistic support.

£15-£35pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No smoking allowed on the premises. No alcohol in some properties. Must engage with support offered. House rules. Licence agreement.
May need staff agreement, depending on property. No overnight guests.
