Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-24 with support needs. Priority given to people with a local connection. Must be willing to engage with the support on offer.
Who we cannot help
May not accept arsonists. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Suffolk Co-ordination Service only.
Aim to issue an outcome to each referral within 3 days. Once a vacancy is imminent, interview arranged, aim to have a new client housed within a two week period.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
1 part time staff per project on-site 25 hours per week, emergency on-call system at other times. Staff help with independent living skills including independent living skills, cleaning, cooking, accessing employment, education or training.
Rooms and charges
£10pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory support programme. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Maximum 2 at a time per resident, up to 11pm. No overnight guests.
Bury St Edmunds train station - 10 minutes walk. Bus station - 20 minutes walk.
