Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Plus 1 emergency room for a single person aged 16-17. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Require background information for Probation Service, Social Services and health service referrals. Referrals for emergency room via Waveney District Council.
Phone or fax any time. Interview and risk assessment with duty project worker.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 3 part staff, 24 hour waking cover. Staff offer advice and support according to individual need, including referrals to drug and alcohol counselling and help with accessing health care services. Resettlement worker offers advice and support around living skills and accessing training. The project has an Equality and Diversity worker.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Residents expected to co-operate with staff at all times. No alcohol allowed on premises. Smoking in own rooms and gardens only. Licence agreement.
9am -9pm but not in bedrooms or during meal times, No overnight guests.
Lowestoft train station - 30 minutes walk.
