Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people and those threatened with homelessness. No local connection required. Priority to those who have already spent some time in supported housing.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals via Suffolk Co-ordination Service call 01284757150.
See website for details and referral form. Young person is invited to look around and attend informal interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff provide visiting support. Emergency on-call system. key worker system, regular meetings. Advice and support around independent living skills, budgeting, cooking, accessing benefits, training and employment. Referral to specialist services. Residents have access to OCN accredited Passport to Independence.

Residents pay own council tax and utilities bills.

House rules and tenure
Smoking in own rooms only. Must attend keywork and house meetings. Licence agreement.
7am-11pm, no under 16s. Overnight guests with staff permission.
