Will not accept those with an Arson conviction.

How to get a referral
Accept self-referrals and referrals from any agency. Require background information for Probation Service, Social Services and health service referrals.

Support and accommodation
3 support staff from 8am till 9pm 7 days per week, including waking nights. Staff offer advice and support according to individual need, including referrals to drug and alcohol counselling and help with accessing health care services. Advice and support around living skills and accessing training. Budgeting skills and maximising benefits. Support to move into independent accommodation.

£26.00pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Residents expected to cooperate with staff at all times. Smoking in own rooms and gardens only. Licence agreement.
9am - 10pm, visitors are required to sign in to the building for fire safety purposes. No overnight guests.
Lowestoft train station - 10 minutes walk.
