Single homeless people who are vulnerable due to drug/alcohol dependency, mental health issues, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, old age. Local connection to Oxford/Cherwell prefered

All referrals via the Pathway co-ordinator: AHPrefer

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 3-6 Months

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 staff on-site at all times, 24 hour waking night cover. Keywork system, individual care plans and access to external support who provide life skills support - money management, assertiveness training, alcohol/drug counselling, training & education. Access to external support around move-on issues..
