Homeless people with medium to high support needs including drugs, alcohol, mental health. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Darlington

Only accept referrals from Darlington Gateway
Access is via Darlington Housing Options Team, call in at Town Hall or call: 01325 405333
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
6 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (maximum 3 residents per worker), meetings at least weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide assistance with forms, budgeting and tenancy maintenance, and signpost residents to external agencies where appropriate.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory programme of support. No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Written house rules. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Visitors aged 16+ from 9am-11pm, under 16 9am-6pm. No overnight guests.
