Homeless Link appreciates volunteers who offer their time, experience, knowledge and skills without financial gain, helping us to achieve objectives or with the aim of providing a benefit to the local community.

The role of volunteers is very different from that of employees. There is no contract of employment or services between HL and its volunteers. A person might decide to become a volunteer to gain new skills and experience, to put existing skills to use, to make new friends and to work in the community.

Homeless Link's Office Co-ordinator manages the recruitment of volunteers and oversees the induction programme.
