The Information Management for Outcomes (IMFO) Project

In February 2005, the London Housing Foundation initiated a new project called the Information Management for Outcomes (IMFO) Project. The aim of the project is to support the development of appropriate IT systems to enable homelessness organisations to manage their outcome data better.

The IMFO project is currently carrying out some research to find out what IT systems have been developed (or are under development) in the homelessness sector or other sectors that would be appropriate for organisations wishing to record and report on the outcomes of their work.
