Government Office Regions
Homeless Link's nine English regions match the Government Office regions for England. Map of UK regions:

Each office has produced its own Creating Sustainable Communities document, setting out how it will take forward the national Sustainable Communities plan in its region.
Each office also has a Voluntary and Community Sector webpage with links (in a box to the right) to the equivalent pages for the other offices.
Regional Housing Bodies
Following its September 2004 consultation paper, Housing and Planning in the Regions, the government has announced that Regional Housing Boards and Regional Planning Boards are to merge. In London the Mayor will have responsibility for both issues. Homeless Link supported this change in its response to the consultation. Links to Regional Housing Boards as currently constituted are below. Some Boards are facilitated through the regional government office housing section and do not have websites of their own:

The Housing Corporation
The Housing Corporation (HC) has five regions:
The HC North region covers the North, North East and North West government offices . The HC Central region covers the East of England, East Midlands, and West Midlands government offices. The HC London region covers the same area as the governments London office. The HC South East region covers the South East office. The HC South West region covers the South West office.
National Housing Federation
There are four National Housing Federation regions. These are the same as the Housing Corporation regions, except that a single South region covers the South East and South West.
