The Outcomes Star Registration

Thank you for wanting to register to use the online Outcomes Star System. To complete your registration please first consider the following questions:

  1. Are you working with homeless adults? The Outcomes Star for the homelessness sector is designed specifically for use with homeless adults. If this is not your client group, you will need to use an alternative tool. You can access information on these by visiting The Outcome Star website. 
  2. Are you clear about why you want to use the Outcomes Star System? Choosing an outcomes measurement tool requires careful consideration about what you are measuring and why. If you are not yet sure which tool would work best for you, you can use our guide to choosing an outcomes tool here.  
  3. Are you ready to start entering real data onto the system? The Outcomes Star System should only be used to enter real data. If you simply want to learn more about what the system can do, or want to use it for training purposes, you should visit the demonstration site here. Alternatively, you can access guidance to using the tool here.

Registration is FREE to Homeless Link members. If you are not a member, a small sign up fee is required. The fees are based on your organisation's type and turnover, and are as follows:

Community (turnover less than £50,000)£10+VAT
A (turnover between £50,001 - £100,000)£50+VAT
B (turnover between £100,001 - £500,000)£75+VAT
C (turnover between £500,001 - £2,000,000)£100+VAT
D (turnover between £200,001 - £5,000,000)£125+VAT
E (turnover over £5,000,001)£150+VAT
Public Sector£100+VAT

 If you are an international organisation (non-UK) who is not a Homeless Link member, the fees are as follows:
