The lack of a stable home makes it extremely difficult to find and maintain employment. Homelessness can also exacerbate issues, such as mental and physical ill health, substance misuse, learning difficulties and offending behaviour, which present additonal barriers to work.

We have produced this paper in partnership with ERSA (Employment Related Support Association), Crisis and St Mungo's Broadway, to present recommendations to the Government on how the lives of people who are homeless can be changed through the design and delivery of more targeted employment support.
