Homelessness services may be working with people who have been prescribed medication but need some extra support to manage their prescription. This briefing, developed in conjunction with Westminster City Council's Medication Working Group including St Mungo's practitioners, outlines the key principles of managing medication. It aims to help services develop good practice in their local policies and procedures.
