With housing high on the political agenda, Homeless Link works to place homeless people's interests and experiences at the heart of the debate. We aim to raise the ambitions of policy affecting homelessness services, with the ultimate goal of ending homelessness.

Our strength lies in the fact that we advocate on behalf of the sector as a whole, rather than representing the needs of individual agencies.

Our ability to take real issues and real aspirations direct to policy makers was acknowledged by an article in Inside Housing. The article recognised Homeless Link as a "strong campaigning body" and ranks our Chief Executive, Jenny Edwards, in the top 20 of the 50 most influential people in social housing.

Recent Developments

Brown’s first month in office has been eventful and seen several initiatives which are highly relevants to the housing and homelessness sector as well as the general voluntary sector. Our briefing on Brown's first month gives a round up of the key points.
