We are looking for a Salesforce System Administrator with excellent technical and people skills to work in our In-Form team.​ In-Form is a leading not for profit Salesforce client recording and service management application, with a growing customer base and more than 10,000 users in 130+ agencies.

About Homeless Link

Homeless Link is the national membership charity for organisations working directly with people who become homeless or who live with multiple and complex support needs in England. With around 800 members, we work to improve services and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it.

Our member agencies range from hostels, day centres, street based outreach work and resettlement support to wider supported housing, health and social care providers. Our approach is to listen and learn, act and then speak. Our focus is to change the way that we, as a society, think and act towards single people who become homeless and other vulnerable groups

About the role

You will work with homelessness, housing, domestic violence, family support and other organisations across the country to design and build new In-Form systems, train staff and provide technical support. We provide a full end-to-end service for our clients – design and specification, planning, implementation, testing, training and ongoing technical support. You will ideally have Salesforce Administrator Certification and at least 1 year’s experience of working with Salesforce. We also offer training and study time so you can achieve amd maintain Salesforce qualifications.

You will be expected to work independently and be able to develop good relationships with clients, Salesforce contacts and other suppliers and to work to high technical standards, including following our internal project management and monitoring systems.
