Shelter launches report on housing drug users
Shelter held a seminar in Exeter on 24 February to launch its report "Safe as Houses: An inclusive approach to housing drug users".

Rough Sleeping
Swindon Borough Council has developed a Multi-agency Rough Sleepers Panel & Forum. The purpose of the panel is to bring together all the relevant agencies in Swindon to assess the best way to meet the needs of people who are street homeless. The panel meets monthly to discuss individual cases and agree action points for clients with multiple needs thereby enabling clients to access appropriate.
