Service User Involvement

Homeless Link held a service user involvement event in Oxford on 23 February. The event was attended by homeless service users and staff alike.

Over 50 people took part in a number of debates, speeches and service improvement exercises (Ten of the organisations that attended have taken away action plans to develop their service user involvement processes.
