Places of Change Programme 2007-08

In November 2007, the CLG announced the Places of Change programme (PCP), which will build on the success of the Hostels Capital Improvement Programme (HCIP). Homeless Link held briefing session on the programme across England. This page gives an overveiw fo PCP and presentations from the London briefing sessions, held in December 2007.
