Management and Governance
These pages provide information and resources on management and governance issues for voluntary sector bodies working with homeless people. Governance refers to the oversight of the voluntary sector organisation, usually by a Board of Trustees or Committee. Management refers to the internal management of the organisation, led by the Chief Executive or Director. The information on these pages relates mainly to voluntary sector organisations. More content will be added shortly for statutory sector organisations and their management and oversight.
Creating Change, Homeless Link's strategy for creating change in front line services to homeless people, has a section on Leadership and vision.
