ICT Good Practice Examples
These are a variety of homelessness agencies using ICT to aid staff and service users:
- Bridge Centre is an education, training and employment centre using ICT to increase service user skills ready for the work place.
- Mortar is a website designed to aid housing practitioners in Brighton and Hove end repeat homelessness through training and support resources.
- BHT Service User Involvement Project is a 'Consultancy' run group which involves service users in the services they access through the use of ICT.
- Jamie's Computer Club is a social enterprise using ICT to provide skills leading into employment.
